Registration
1st step: Pre-registration — and, before February 29 March 6, 2012, funding requests
2nd step: Registration validation
When you pre-registration is validated by the organizers, you receive
an automated e-mail with a link, to complete your registration with
your dates and the fee payment (if applicable).
If you asked for a grant, you received in the first days of March an
e-mail to confirm your funding by the
conference.
- If you are awarded full
coverage or local coverage
(or if you are a speaker), you are asked for your travelling dates
and we'll book your hotel room.
- If you are a self-financed
participant, you are asked to pay the registration fee.
The 100 euro fee covers five lunches, coffee breaks, and a welcome file
including a travel card for unlimited transportation in Nantes during
the meeting.
Due to limited funds, it is important that
participants seek alternative funding.
