Statistical Tools & R packages
The package ArchaeoChron provides a list of functions for the Bayesian modeling of archaeological chronologies.
The package ArchaeoPhases provides a list of functions for the statistical analysis and the post-processing of the Markov Chains simulated for instance by Bcal, ChronoModel and Oxcal.
•BayLum : Chronological Bayesian Models Integrating Optically Stimulated Luminescence and Radiocarbon Age Dating
The Package provides a chronological Bayesian Models Integrating Optically Stimulated Luminescence and Radiocarbon Age Dating
•Luminescence : Comprehensive Luminescence Dating Data Analysis
A collection of various R functions for the purpose of Luminescence dating data analysis. This includes, amongst others, data import, export, application of age models, curve deconvolution, sequence analysis and plotting of equivalent dose distributions.
