Zonoids are a particular class of convex bodies. After presenting the definition, I will show some recent development on the structure of the spaces of zonoids (joint work with P. Burgisser P. Brieding & A. Lerario). I will explain what I like to call the Fundamental Theorem of Zonoid Calculus that allows to build multilinear operations on zonoids and in particular, build the "zonoid algebra". If time permits, I will show how this applies to stochastic geometry (joint work with M. Stecconi).
